One possible solution to long DPS ques.

Instead of just rewarding tanks for 200 completions of EX Primals and Coil turns (which are probably most often done with premade groups anyways), why not add in some other unique rewards for completing certain amounts of each tier of Duty Roulette as well? This would not only give current tanks a reason to run roulette multiple times per day, but also bring more people into playing these classes as well, and likely bring about a much needed balance to the player pool. Clearly a one time bonus of tomestones, seals and repeatable gil bonus (all of which you can already get faster with other methods) are not enough to get the job done on their own when many DPS are still complaining about excessive wait times.

Maybe give a mount or barding for x amount of low level roulette completions. How about a nice looking set of glamour armor for x amount of high level roulette clears?

Not good enough? What about each roulette level giving out unique tokens that can be traded to a shop for items you can't get anywhere else? You could have glamour items for each class (or just all classes glamours), minions, mounts etc. Just fun stuff that is not required to progress, but that you know a decent amount of people would want to put the time in for.

Also, I know this started out as an idea to get more people playing tanks, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be extended to other classes such as healers that may be lacking at certain points as well.
