unable to complete version check

I was playing the game as normal got a 90002 error and upon trying to relog into game got 2002 error and shut me me down to desktop

on trying to restart the launcher i got this error

unable to complete version check
30605 / 20448 / 10009 / 10019


shaw cable
100mb line
windows 7 premium, 8 gbs ram , amd x4 core, 3.2 ghz, geforce 650ti
shut off antivirus and shut off firewall

uninstalled game re-installed game
run as administrator
tried compatibility to XP
tried changing the bootlog text as suggested on this thread

none of these things have worked

was able to finally rectify the problem via someone from phone tech support using this webpage
