Steps:
1. Attempt to gain issuance from OIC Quartermaster after registering with GC
2. Informed by said NPC that I am currently registered with another GC
3. I have checked my profile and I am registered with Order of the Twin Adder as expected

As an addition, I am apparently registered with the Hall of Flames despite my profile and all relevant information saying I am registered with the Order of the Twin Serpent.

The OIC Quartermaster is for purchasing Free Company actions and is not the GC Quartermaster. You need the guy on the right, not the one on the left.
