Forum Policy/Regulation Suggestions

A few suggestions concerning forum policy:

1. If you're going to ban users for posting links to external websites, state that posting links to external websites is prohibited in the forum rules:

2. If you're going to try and justify #1 as "Well, the link "could" have contained 3rd party software that could alter the FFXIV client. And no, we won't bother to check.", state that posting links to external websites is prohibited in the forum rules.

3. Create a bans appeal process and clearly outline the procedure. When the SE representative assigned to your call states that the ban was clearly unjust, runs off to check with his supervisor and then comes back to apologize stating that he has no way to reverse the ban and there's no one else who can either, something is wrong. We pay for these services.
