Monk Job realistic improvements

I started the game as PUG. The job a its correct configuration is enjoyable. Believe it or not PUG/MNK can be made more realistic and enjoyable for players. Monk utilizes the entire body but in game only fist, feet, shoulder strikes. Monks should be able to headbutt,elbow,knee strikes as well. Monk having the abilitiy to equip elbow and knee gear like how the other jobs can equip shields would even things out. All who would let to see these additions to PUG/MNK please like.
