Request for Gardening: Unable to remove dead crop

Someone left a plant a bit too long in our garden and it died, now we cannot remove it due to not having the rights to do so on the house.

I can plant, harvest, and fertilize/tend just fine, but cannot remove dead plants. Can this be changed so that members who can plant seeds have the right to remove dead plants?

Until someone more senior in the FC logs on (this might take quite a while) we are stuck with this dead plant in our garden.:(

Or better yet, SE should have let anyone remove dead crops.

If there is no way to revive the dead crops, then it shouldn't fall under the conditions of removing plants.

All you could do now is just hope your FC leaders comes back to help you guys out.
