This game is just way to hard...

starting to feel like this is a memory game and you and your party have to memorize every single thing or its game over the fact you have to watch videos on beating bosses is pathetic. I have put alot of time into this game and everything so far was great untill we get to these extreme bosses and Coil. I put so much time into these fights but at the end of it all its just a wipe i try and try and try but nothing ever gets done and this is seriously killing the fun for me. I saw a guy with ilvl 115 and even 110 stuff and i was like holy crap but from what im suppose to do to get that gear is impossible. i seriously wouldnt mind a new looking weapon since i have been looking at the same thing for ever and also is there really a point to bust your ass for these ilv100 and higher weapons when the Relic is a always up gradable thing... I never got the chance to really play FF11 but if anyone knows how did that game work from day 1 up to now?

On a serious note though, the game is tuned just fine. Difficulty is subjective. The top echelons of any end game content for any MMO is only going to be completed by a fraction of the player base. There are other types of content for folks who cannot achieve the proper level of skill in SCoB or EX primals. There will be an entire new wing to crystal tower soon for the more relaxed gaming crowd.

Sorry, but this game isn't hard. Even you said it is only memorization. Also, I never once watched a video for any of the content and was able to do it fine.

On a note towards your issue, are you trying to do all this solo through DF or with a LS/FC. I can tell you that end game content in most any MMO is not meant to be done by random groups of people as it does take time and coordination and knowing who you are playing with benefits any group immensely.

It's hard if

1) You play with players that can't dodge perfectly.
2) If you can't dodge perfectly.

How to get better

1) Put strict restrictions on all pf groups.
2) Find 7 players that can dodge and become good friends with them.

I agree. The game is very fast paced and requires you to try and try and try again to get the hang of some of the end-game fights. The fights require you to always be in panic mode and I am amazed on how easy it is for a party to be wiped if things aren't dodged and timed at just the right time. Any end-game battle you go in to requires you to know the fight beforehand, there is no "learn as you go" and definitely no watching the cut scenes.

As far as the cut scenes and "learn as you go" things are concerned that isn't a game difficulty problem, it's a player problem. People have no patience anymore and we see this more in the newer generation of MMO gamers. As far as the rest goes...well, if it's your first MMO you probably aren't accustomed to such things.
