Well, Fantasia on the mogstation looks likely, rumored to be there sometime in May. I don't care how they give us the option as long as they do it. Not a bad idea you have there, though.

Have you seen the Aesthetician's cutscene after you do an appearance change? With all that scissor swiping, I'm pretty sure any sex change he'll do will only go one way.

I would personally prefer any operations I have to be performed by a qualified surgeon, not a back alley barber/tattoo artist.

I'd say leave the sex and race changes to the super duper miracle potion of fantasia ;P

But I wouldn't mind if the Aesthetician would pick up plastic surgery to change face propotions, selling contact lenses for eye color change and skin beautifications to make your skin pale/dark

I do know the needed "Procedures" to change a Male to Female.....

But Female to Male?
