Hey, guys and gals. I just recently purchased the DDL of A Realm Reborn yesterday and have been having issues with the game randomly closing out and giving me the report, "An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV: A Relam Reborn. [2][2]" Last night (after several hours of trying to troubleshoot random things) I finally cracked and did an uninstall/reinstall....to no avail. You're my next step in trying to determine what may be wrong. Help!
Graphics card update maybe? Or maybe try to lower graphics settings not sure :(
install a older version of graphics card driver or update it
There are no usages available so restoring an older version should help?

updating the graphics card to old graphics driver should work just keep trying them til they work. make sure u uninstall the old graphics driver fully before installing a new driver. they should be available on the website which graphics card comes from
