So, I know we can transfer from PS3 to PS4 but I just got a backup copy for PS3 and I can't find the option to transfer all my gear sets and macros over to the PS3 version. What's up with that? :confused:

That's because you can't.
It was intended to be used with the PS3 > PS4 upgrade, so that it was a clean transfer with minimal messing needed.

I really wish they'd implemented this by moving all that stuff to be stored server-side (where it really belonged in the first place) rather than client side. Then it would be always transferable in any direction, and far better for those who play on multiple platforms.
