I94 Monk LF groups to progress on SCoB

Looking for a progression group, not FC, on turn 6+. I can go from 7pm-12pm Central on Friday and all day Saturday/Sunday (save for some emergencies/holidays/events).
I have gotten to 22% on turn 6, am looking to down it and move on to turn 7/8. Here's my current gears:

Recently, I felt that the work I've put into getting these gears are not being used as I wanted it to be. Please let me know if you're interested whether ingame or on this thread.

Still looking for a group. I'm a fast-learner with good hand-eye coordination and quick thinking. Looking for a group at least dedicated and skilled to beat turn 6. If you're already on turn 7+, it won't take me long to get the hang of things. I'm often told in various PUG groups that my DPS usually tops it.
