"History of the Ancients" quest broken"

No in-game GM can help me, apparently, so here I am.

Time: 3pm GMT
Frequency: Constant
World name: Cerberus
Character name: Insanity Redeemer
NPC name: Aika
Monster name: -
Class/Level: SCH 45
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: -
Area and coordinates: Linsa, Coral Tower
Details: a step is to spawn some items in your armory, but mine was full at the moment, so the item is lost. Being a class quest, it cannot be abandoned or restarted.

What can I do? Missing AT LEAST the chest piece

No technical or ISP information gives as it's not a technical issue

UPDATE: relogging allowed me to finish the quest, but the chest piece is still missing!

Heavy, I wouldn't even know. . . I rarely have more than 20 items in my inventory and always keep 5 slots in each armor slot.
