I ordered the ff 14 PC digital download from http://store.na.square-enix.com/stor...isplayHomePage to give to my brother (as I already play) and then I was sent an email from SquareEnix.us.cs@digitalriver.com with my order info. It has a product/serial code but no registration code. I can't register the account because I was never given any code to do so. What am I supposed to do here? Where is my registration code? Is it supposed to be in the order email?
The code should of came in a email otherwise check under account orders on the SE store website when you login.
Wasn't in either. Had to ask for a refund sadly as paying for a product without having anyway to use said product leaves me with little other options.
Amazon.com doesn't allow a non U.S user buy a digital download.
Amazon.co.uk doesn't sell the digital download.
Squarenix eu gives me an error upon trying to buy the game.
Squarenix na allowed me to buy the product, yet failed to give me a registration code so I could actually play the game.
Why do I need to jump through hoops to buy this game as a gift? It's like they don't want my money.
Well if you have a non-NA account then you couldn't use the NA code even if you did have it.
