Error ID: 5003?

Trying to buy my brother FF 14's digital download on the website and this comes up everytime

It's been 5 hours and it's still the only message I get. Anything I can do to resolve this?

if it hasnt charged u. u can always try again on either the eu store site or the na store site one of them would work.
