Brayflox HM - Tank, Healer, 2 Bards - possible?

Is it possible to do the Brayflox HM run with 2 bards as DPS? Basically what can you do about that big bomb? There is no LB that can crack that.

You don't need a LB to break the bomb. Just dps it down.

You don't even need a LB to kill the boss before the bomb drops even... Should be easily doable with bards.

It really depends on how well geared/competent everyone is. If the Brds have decent equipment, and the Healer is on their toes with cleric stance, you can easily DPS down the big bomb.

Yeah, the bomb's a pretty light DPS check. If you have 2 brd you won't even have to stop DPS when you dodge the warmachine's charges.

I've never been in a group that has failed to DPS the bomb down...

I've done it plenty of times in duty finder. Just don't expect to skip bomb phase.

I think most times we havent used the LB on the bomb. Usually I get people using the LB just before it to try to finish the boss off just before he starts that 3rd(?) bomb phase, sometimes it doesnt quite finish him off though and gotta destroy the bomb without it. Just be on top of dps, have the healer help if necessary. As sch I spend most of that fight using dot's anyway

been in several parties that have failed...and like I said, it's a question of competence with their job/and to a lesser degree woeful gear.

Get your healer to DPS too, last boss requires barely any healing, especially easy for SCH as fairy can heal.

i tanked a run on PLD where that happened, was pretty surprised.
