My wife's account is royally messed up. Everything is super small on her screen. We have adjusted resolution and reset to default. Nothing seems to be working anyone have ideas. (This only happens in the ffxiv game nothing else on computer)

Did you try adjusting the UI scale via the HUD layout?

I have messed with the settings and nothing has helped
There's a command.../uireset maybe? Something like that? I can't find it, try variations of that, see if it helps.
