unable to update patch files on ps3 system

hi I have been trying to log in to ARR on my ps3 since 23rd april 2014 (only version I have is ps3) and discovered there was a new patch so I allowed the download and attempted the update only to find it failed and a message appeared saying:

unable to update patch files.
[11006] [20641] [20642] [20600]

now I have attempted to log in every day for the last 7 days and same error keeps on appearing I am not happy about this as I am paying for a subscription I am not able to use and enjoy when is this issue going to be resolved and will I be refunded or account credited with the game time for the same amount of time I have been unable to play the game due to this error?
