Resolution issues...

I play on a PS3. I've tried the PS3 settings, the menu settings ingame, and the TV's own menu settings... I still can't clear that low resolution warning that appears on the title screen, and what's worse there are alot of menus I just can't read because they go off screen, most notably the levequest window, my character's gear set menu, half of the Free Company screen, etc.

How can I fix my resolution so that I can see everything?

Are you applying the resolution changes in the game's config page? Not on a console myself, but on my PC installs, I have to save the changes for them to take effect by hitting the Triangle button on my PS3 controllers.
