Can we please have a Weather Reporter NPC?

I remember in FFXI there were NPCs that would tell you the current and incoming weather conditions for the surrounding map areas. This made it easier to tell when certain elementals would spawn and complete some quests.


With some Fish in ARR being solely dependent on the weather conditions I think this NPC/system needs to be added to ease on hunting down some the those specific fish and save on gil with teleports.

they confirmed one in the tokyo event if i remember correctly
