NERDZ Late Night FC looking for a TANK for progression (T6+) Static! Late night wkend

NERDZ will be starting a new static raid group that focuses solely on progression. This will be a hardcore group whose sole purpose is to progress through new content with the highest available gear drops. No farming will be happening in this group, and expectations of each member's performance will be extremely high.


Projected Raid Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10:30pm - 1:30am PST


Group Description

• Group will start promptly and end promptly. Late comers will be replaced.
• Focus will be specifically on the latest, uncleared lockout content.
• No farm-able content will be run with this group. Lockout Content (i.e. Coil Turns) on farm status may be done on a limited basis.
• Main classes only.
• Loot rules will be applied to ensure fair and efficient distribution of gear.

Individual Requirements

• Ability to show up promptly and consistently on a regular basis to scheduled raid times.
• Exceptional ability at playing your respective job.
• Ability to adjust and perform "out of the norm" during a fight when needed.
• Should always have appropriate food on hand.
• Initiative in researching the fight extensively before hand.
• TeamSpeak, mic, and headset will be required for in game content.
• External communication in the form of Hangouts will be required to keep in touch with each other.
• Desire to consistently improve performance. This includes receiving and implementing constructive criticism from other members.
• Individual must be able to recognize when they are holding the team back and make the appropriate adjustments needed for the better of the team as a whole.
• Awareness of Best in Slot(s) for your respective job. This can play a huge role in looting and gear progression.
• Chemistry with the rest of the team.

This group strives to consistently learn and clear new content efficiently. The bullets above are not only required to join, but they are required to continue with the group. As there is a minimum expected performance, members may be replaced on an as-needed basis if they are not fulfilling the requirements. No one is entitled to a spot in this group. Each member's commitment and adherence to the core goals of the group listed above will speak for itself.
