port-fowarding for ps4

hey hello guys i hope you can help me on this one.

i like to have the port-forwarding for the (dutch) ps4, the ffxiv servers (and online viewer that the ps4 uses?).
so i can play this game a bit more lag free.
lag is very serious now and then. (im on an 50mb optic fibre connection so i shouldn't be that laggy.)
im on the chaos server on world phoenix
i can't beat titan ex due of the lag plumes even if i already move before the plumes appear i just can't out run them.
i like to try it that way otherwise i need to make a connection bridge from my ps4 to my windows pc and run it with a ping buster / pay-server.
or try to find it with a commviewer. using that connection bridge
