Summoner and Turn 7 - Do not Miasma 2

So yeah. Melusine nearly dead, and a Renaud spawned on top of Melusine. I used Miasma 2 on her exactly at the same time as the spawn, and it whacked me... then another person. We wiped after that and I immediately got the penalty of being kicked out of a static. Not a single word, just banned out of voice chat and kicked out of the linkshell.

If you're in Turn 7 Summoners, don't use Miasma 2 at all. Renauds can be a pesky thing to deal with.

They were people I just met earlier the week recruiting Summoners, so I did not particularly know them. Apparently the WHM that wiped us more time than ever stays.

If you were on our server, we would never of been jerks like that. That's pretty sad they had to go to that level, you deserve better.

I only recently transferred to Balmung from Goblin due to it's very dead end game state there.

Thanks for the warning. Kinda a jerk move on your static's part. One screw up does not warrant a boot.

I'll admit that this actually happened 2 times (Or maybe once) in total prior. The first time it happened was during one of the early attempts when I was still new to the turn. I am unsure when the second one ever happened at all, but they seem to think it had happened more than once at the moment this final screw up that I did. I never had issues using Miasma 2 until this near win attempt though.

Although from where I stand regarding to the whole performance issue of this static is way less than the WHM, and about the same as the WAR that had been unattentive to Curse Voices. Since I only just joined their static, they treat their senior members like it's okay for them to make any amount of mistakes, but I get thrown daggers from their eyes when I petrify someone by mistake in the very early phases (We're talking just as Deathdancer or way before they come out). I never once screwed up past the first add phase till today.

To justify though, I believe Miasma 2 is always worth using, especially when you're the type of player that believe you should always have it up for that maximum DPS. It's just not worth using over this Turn due to the nature of Renaud and their random positional spawning.

this is wrong, you should be DPSing as much as possible, if Miasma II can't be used, the so does Circle of Scorn or Flare or any AoE.

you just need to be aware of Renaud spawn times, they always spawn 30secs apart.

Miasma 2 is a bad idea to bind the giant. You have to be in melee range and they can hit you very easy. Also i think miasma 2 bind is shorter. The best thing to do is ruin 2 the giant, move it in position and swiftcast + miasma or just miasma to have it in place.
