Atmas Quest not working

I have collected all 12 differents atmas, but I cant continue my quest.

1.Go back to the old man N shroud
2.Have the weapon you want upgraded NOT equipped
3. Choose the Atma upgrade option.

I did, my side quest said "Up in Arms" but the quest said " Trials of the Braves"
