FOR DEVS!! Please also change Bard's Limit Break!!

So I read SMNs will have a different Limit Break and the changing of Bard's limit break was mentioned in another thread, but let's try and get answers and put these things in its own thread.

So Since SMN is getting something different, I agree that BRD should not have to use healing abilities when they Limit Break. I mean they don't have a single healing ability not even a regen song so why?? lol
Now I realize this has probably been asked before and a long time ago and the Limit Breaks have been around since launch. However, now that there will be some changes to make SMN a little different from BLM Limit Break, then that isn't fair to keep BRD the same... :/

Edit: yes I know its just appearance, but ya a lot of them don't look appropriate for all the jobs lol. example: MNK, DRG, BRD

I'm pretty sure it was a rumor. And even if it was true, they are only changing the animation, not the type of limit break. Making it more job realistic as opposed to a monk magically knowing how to use a 2h sword that came out of nowhere.

You are asking to change the outcome of the Limit Break which is a totally different topic.

What I heard was the limit break "appearance" be changed. The effect stays the same.

But ya I guess that would mean they would have to change all of them or atleast most of them lol ><.

Yeah, they -are- changing all the LBs so each class has a unique looking one that makes sense for their class. However, they will be completely the same functionality wise.

So, instead of using the BLM's Meteor attack, SMNs might instead briefly summon a full primal that does their signature attack. Same damage and same size AoE as the current AoE LB, just now it is definitely a SMN limit break. I imagine a DRG will involve spears, and MNKs involve fists, but still does what their current LBs do.

So, yeah. BRDs will still heal. But hey, maybe they'll change it with the upcoming Gun Job since there'll be two ranged physical DPS?

I like the Bard LB, honestly. It's one of those things where nine times outta ten you'd like to really be able to do some damage with it (like when ya get a Roulette with two bards), but that one time where the healers are desperately tryin' to keep everyone alive, but they still need the Healer limit...That's when the Bard steps up. And ain't situations like that what LIMIT BREAKS are supposed to be about? Even Meteor starts to feel so "meh" when it's expected.

Oh tell me about it haha I have saved a team through like Ifrit HM with BRD mass raise and cure xD.
Thanks to that LB we beat it for people :).

It's a decent reason not to stack bards,at least.

If BRD gets dps limit break, every other melee can say goodbye to many stuff.
