Always dead connect

NOT SOLVED AT ALL

PS3, server phoenix. Italy

Hello.
This is the forth time I post in this forum, and you always move my thread into either different support required or solved. It's not solved and SE support haven't been able to help me.
I'm starting to be sick of it, really really sick of it.
Everyday I can't play from about 14:00 GMT+1 to 24:00 GMT+1 because of:
1) I go randomly dead connect either in instances and in open world doing nothing.
2) During that I can't retrieve data from server (I'm on phoenix) such as duty finder which stays forever on obtaining data or friend list which can't load any friend or I freeze if I try to interact with any in game item and my skills doesn't land even if it seems I have pressed their buttons.
3) Either I stay frozen for 4-5 minutes and it recovers by itself for 2-3 min before going dead connect again, or It kicks me from the game after the freeze, error 90000 and stuff.

I tried everything: portforwarding the router, upgrading it, restarting it, changing it, setting DMZ on ps3 but nothing worked.
I contacted my ISP which said it was all ok but sent me a technician anyway to check. Everything is fine. Plus, the fact that it all began about then days ago, lead me to think it's a server problem or something similar. It's about the date of ps4 release, so I'm supposing it's about server congestion or stuff.

OP, did you manage to solve? I was able to play for the past couple days with little to no issue (after calling Fastweb and they said again that there is no issue and best they could do is lower my ping), until tonight. Ofc I get lag right when Twintania casts her first conflag on me, ofc I thought I was under her, but it turns out I was actually standing by the first neurolink. So like usual: everything on my screen moves,I could see conflags fireballs and death sentences, I can chat and use skills on my hotbar (which will trigger the animation) but I am actually standing still somewhere.

I am pretty disheartened at the moment, I have no idea what to do to fix this, since it is so random and it all started apparently without a reason. I had never experienced this before PS4 service went live. I don't think it is a hardware thing, because I bought the PS3 like 6 months ago. I do not have another online game to test, but PSN works fine. Can't do anything like this and it's actually making me want to quit the game :/

PSN has been having issues off and on since PS4 launch. They had a big maintenance recently to try to address their stability issues, but it looks like there are still problems. May want to give their forum/facebook/twitter pages a shot. Here's a map from downdetector showing reports over the last 24 hours:

The Down Detector site tracks a lot of web services. You may even find one for your ISP as well:

It should be noted they've also been tracking similar issues with XBL users as well... in some of the same areas some of the ISP's have been having issues. For example, if you compare the Time Warner reports, you may see some of the same areas in the US reporting problems that are also showing up for PSN and/or XBL. So, it could very well be an issue with the ISP's responsible along your route that are causing some of the problems.

So, if it isn't something console or PSN specific, you may want to check to see if it isn't the already established very common issue of high congestion/packet loss in route that is cropping up along your route that your localized support for your ISP may not have been able to identify. If you weren't providing them enough information to properly analyze your connection to SE or any other remote service, all they are going to be able to do is look at your local nodes---not something a dozen hops down the line in somewhere like New York, Ohio, Chicago, or Canada. Those Tier1 guys at the support desk and most of the Tier2 guys that come to your house typically won't be looking much further than your local nodes---a very large number of people are running into stability issues upstream, as in another state or even another country.

To track such issues down, their Tier3/Tier4 guys will need to get involved and will need at the very least the IP of your game server to run diagnostics against. Ideally though, you should provide them with trace reports showing the route(s) you are taking to the game server or any other services you may be having issues with (like Netflix, Google/youtube, yahoo, etc.). Hopefully it will capture signs of congestion or packet loss along the way giving them a hit of where to look further into your problems.

I have been able to play to about 18:00 GMT+1 going DC only once a day in the last 2 days, so it's something at least. I am still experimenting issues from about 22:00 GMT+1 to 24:00 GMT+1 though.
ISP told me basically the same things it said to you: they reduced ping and dropped from 16mb to 12mb. They also said something about giving me a static IP adress, but I have no idea if this can help since I had already set it previously.
As another poster said, there is going to be a maintenance on EU data center on 2 may, I hope it'll all be solved otherwise I see no option but either chaging ISP or quitting the game.

I supposed it had to be something related to ps4 launch, so I was not totally wrong (SE support said it was all about my ISP.... meh :\ )
I really hope they fix it.

Still happening. I hoped the May 2nd maintenance would fix this, but apparently it didn't. Also there was no completion thread for that very maintenance, so actually we don't know if SE's ISP did anything. Kinda tired of waiting, today when I logged in I got 10105 twice, then 2 minutes worth of gameplay, then "dead connect". I just turned the game off, sick of having to deal with this.

Update: Yesterday and today, can't do anything at all. Just sitting in Mor Dohna with the DC icon by my name. My tracert to Shiva's IP looks like this:

Really, I just want to play the game I am paying for.
The fact that I had ZERO connection problems/lag/latency issues when PS4 wasn't supported makes me think the issue has something to do with it.
I still have a lot of time left on my sub, but I just might quit the game altogether if this keeps up, it's been more than a month where I can only play at 2 AM (and not always).
