Game breaking when entering North Shroud

So I've been having this issue everytime I enter North Shroud. The loading screen takes extra long, then I can run for a distance and then my game just locks up. When I log back in I can only see the ground and can't open up any UI windows. The only thing I can do is type in chat, and commands like "/return" don't work. Sometimes when I log in if I mount and unmount I'll be able to see and control my character again so I'll run myself to Gridania and then I just freeze on that loading screen until this message appears:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.(2) (45d)"

Then I'll log back in and be fine and run around Gridania problem free, but if I re-enter the North Shroud the problem reoccurs. Also, before I freeze my minimap is blank as is my world map when I enter North Shroud. Not sure why this is happening, but it also happened to me once in Camp Overlook too a week ago. I've reinstalled since then and yeah, the problem is still arising.

Oh, and when I'm on my character looking at the ground people can see me and see me moving but I continue to look at the same blades of grass/shadows. Any help on this would be awesome...I really wonna get my Atma quest lol but I can't make it far enough out without locking up.
