Since 8:43am CDT, I have been flooded with the above mentioned error codes, preventing me from staying in the game for more than one minute.

Error 90000 a moment after my character load in-game.
Currently in North Shroud (cannot make it to Sanctuary for Rested Xp). I'm on PS4 if that information is needed.
