[Suggestion] Transfer a Linkshell's Master to Someone Else

Is it possible to have a system for a linkshell that's similar to what has been added for a free company?

Something like automatically transferring the Linkshell Master to someone that is more active in the game when the Linkshell Master hasn't logged in for months or less.

I'm in a fairly large linkshell with members that aren't readily on a friendlist so would be difficult to transfer to a whole new linkshell. The linkshell needs new members that can invite others and no one can be upgraded if the Linkshell Master is not around.
