Whenever i get a kobold daily quest that makes to talk to current NPC i cant choose his teleport option for quests in the 13th order workshop until completeing previous ones

Its not even a option to skip talking and teleport to do the workshop ones first, i have to do the others first, everytime

and after finishing the quests this npc gives you information about tele opens

This generally happens when you select all 6 quests at the same time, you can sometimes resolve this by going to your journal and checking the boxes that prioritise the quests in the workshops. Other than that you just have to clear the other quests in the mines first and then the blue transport symbol should reappear :)
