Need help reporting cheaters - game crashes when I open Support window (oh the Irony)

Since patch 2.0, I can no longer access the support window to report cheaters. I want to report this guy, Dougie Gotcensored on Excalibur server @9:32PM PST in Western La Noscea. He's using a mining bot that is logging him in and out (to try and avoid being noticed). If someone at SE just looks at his account, you'll see all his login/outs.

So sick of all the bots in this game - and even more irritated I can no longer report them.

Edit: My bad, he wasn't logging in and out, he was teleporting... TELEPORTING.
