Server lag affecting ability to complete dungeons. (hence post placed here)

Hello.

Basically I'm now getting to a point where the lag I experience is starting to affect my ability to do the higher level dungeons.
People I ask about this tell me to "anticipate" the special attacks, and move before I even see the damage template on the ground.
My thoughts about this is that I shouldest have to. The game is made so that if you see a dmg template I should have (just) enough time to haul my butt out of there before the damage lands.
Sometimes however this is absolutely impossible. Even when I expect the AoE, I still get hit by it because I get a 1-2 second warning before the effect lands. Not enough time to move.
Often I even get blasted even when I'm outside the AoE, because the game haven't picked up on where I am and it thinks I'm still in within the AoE. Sometimes by allot.

Now as I understand this the server for us EU players are located in Canada and we share this cluster with US players.
Why?
Japanese players have their own cluster in japan so why cram all of US and EU players into one server location?
EU and US players pay to play this game too, and I really don't think it's fair to jam us together into once location.
Give EU players an EU server location. Please. There has to be something that can be done so certain players don't get shafted when they do dungeons.


I realize that this might not be the right place for this post, but after looking over what forum heads I had to choose from to ask about this, I thought this was the most appropriate.
If theres a more suited one, I ask the forum crew to please move this post to the appropriate forum location.
I just really want some info on this issue.
