GM's of the Moogle server

If I was to look for a GM in game, who is it I should be looking for? I'm sick of sending in tickets about certain people from one FC and getting the generic response without anything being done about it, especially seen as though it's harassment.

So this harassment is still going on, we're not sending in any tickets due to the awful generic responses we get and it appears like we're just getting purely ignored due to the lack of anything, the harassment has been going on for just over a month.
Though while writing this I received word of my Free Company leader filing yet another report about the main person who is doing the harassing. We've even had to go to the extreme of having to ask for our FC house to be moved to another ward if at all possible.
If a GM would kindly reply to me whether it be on here or in game so I could tell them everything that has been going on that would be great seen as though nothing at all happens when we send in a ticket.

And the harrastment is....?

The only way you can report Harassment is through the in-game feature. Support via the forums is only for bugs. I personally haven't ever had to utilize this function, but based on other people's testimonies they usually get a personalized response from a GM, so make sure you're reporting it in the correct category.

Lol, I get responses from GMs all the time.

Granted, I am reporting legitimate issues.

If someone is "harassing" you in your FC you do one of two things, or both. (Probably what the GM "generic response" you're not reading is telling you)

1.) Block the person in question

2.) Leave the FC and find a more friendly one...?

The FC in question is another FC, not our own. Blocking doesn't stop a whole bunch of idiots.

You block them and report them. Bringing it to the forum will not change anything. Keep up with the GMs. They don't always answer right away, but they answer.
