[PS4] Game Client doesn't switch keyboard layout language ingame

Steps:
1. Ever since the first beta phase of ps4 client, you could press alt+shift on keyboard and freely switch your input language to enter text in chat window directly in your chosen language, without opening onscreen gamepad keyboard.
2. After patch 2.25, you can no longer switch languages on ps4. Alt+shift does nothing, as also any other button combination I tryed.

This makes game really uncomfortable to chat with your FC people and everyone around if you not english native speaking player. Quickly switching and typing was really helpful, now it is a pain to chat as it is still on ps3.

Same problem.
Keyboard type set to Russian on PS4, could switch fine before 2.25, can only type in english now.

I've found out, that the key "~" (or "Ё" in russian layout) now switches languages.
Don't know if this is intended, but still confusing. It would be better to switch with standard alt+shift.
