Support Desk (ingame) endless "Rectrieving information" and not possible to post

Hello :)

Today i was in need of the help of a GM but i was unable to fill out any of the offered forms. I just cant click into the title line or the body... Doesnt matter if i try to report harassment, cheating, bug or leave a suggestion...

Besides that under the "Information" tab it constantly says "Retrieving informations" but nothings happens... Under "News" tab it takes a while, but then the pulldown works but what ever i pick the page stays blank :(

Ok, found half an answer myself. The tech support is temp. halted... But the never ending loading of the database shouldnt be a part of it and i had that problem before.
