I'm trying to play FFXIV with y PS4. I was playing on PS3 so I've upgraded FFXIV with de Mogstation option. I download the game and it says that i've got Not Service Available. I know that there's some issues with the PS4 and the PSN download, but I don't know what to do. I've tried to call the phone number that's here: http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...8bd108bbd06b4f but it says that doesn't exist.
What can I do? I wanna play T_T
