Random Token Reset and Emergency Password Not Working

Hello;
My gf's android phone token app randomly reset itself and so we went to do the emergency removal to reset the token app but now the SE website is saying even her removal password is wrong now too. We are working off of a screen shot that she took of her account page so there is no chance the password was written down wrong.

Now to make matters worse her account is locked due to us trying to do the token removal too many times, the mail and chat support page is also down and all they've left is this weird (310) phone number that could have crazy long distance charges attached to it.

Anyone else having an issue like this or have any suggestions?
