Only One WEEK To Go!

Just noticed there is only one WEEK to go before the 1.8 patch hits.

(lets hope they don't need the 1-2 day leeway)

My appreciation goes out to all the team behind FFXIV.

To let everyone know.. It WILL happen on July 22nd because they said " Slated" which me "Written in stone from how I make it out) so let us Rejoice!!

Wel it says July 22nd (JST) so I assume we get it on July 21st as promised =)

I'm nervous about the actual patching process. >.<

I agree with Starlord. If patch 1.18 goes live at exactly midnight JST on July 22 then that will give the western players around 14 hours, give or take, on July 21 to download the patch as well. But of course I don't know if it will launch at midnight for JST.

Updates are always in PST) Japan is 13hrs ahead from (EST) so update will have 16hrs to makes it way in on July 21st (PST)

It's a 14 hour difference to me (I'm on CT) but I did say "give or take" in consideration for other time zones.

what if the dungeons are a lie and they are really taking the game offline that day. Epic burn.
