question about graphics

hi all was wondering somebody might be able to help me
i benchmark this game at excellent rating 7200 score
but yet i get in game with same settings its telling me to use and it runs rough
30- 40 fps . jagged and choppy
and not to my liking . im not sure whats wrong . updated drivers . id expect with an excellent benchmark itd run like a pro but doesnt
its telling me to run at high settings lap top
