I can't seem to log in past the Data Center screen. Every time I try no button on my controller works, and it just stays stuck at the FFXIV intro movie. It won't even let me click "Start"
It also doesn't give an error code.

Edit: Problem resolved. Turns out my controller wasn't set to player 1. Lol false alarm
