90000 error constantly
Everytime i play the game i get a 90k error in about 3-5 mins of playing the game which pretty much makes it unplayable I'm on the NA servers i have Verizon fios and I'm in the southern california area North of LA to be specific and i pretty much can't even play the game my internet within the house is good it always says i have a good connection i don't know what to do , I'm on a ps4

sounds like something is messed up on Verison's end... that's thier IP, registered in Virginia but geo-location puts it in Kansas. May want to run some tracerts to your XIV server as well as maybe Google, TwitchTV, or something to see if you can catch some highly erratic response times or timeouts and forward them to your ISP's Tier3 support for analysis.
Both Verizon and PSN have been having issues along some important corridors as well (LA among them). Can view outage maps and get links to their facebook/twitter/support sites and such via the downdetector site:

I'm getting an identical issue. I'm using Comcast Cable Internet on my PS4, so the issue isn't based on ISP.

the cause of the drop outs/90k is cogentco seeing as they have from anywhere 15%-60% packet loss on there hops. the issue isnt with servers but its been with cogentco network which u would see if u use winmtr to tracert to server and leave it on for couple hrs it will show u the packetloss so u can easily see problem. issue only effects na/eu servers because of being routed through the bad path/ bad hop which cogentco has
