Why is it when i open up FFXIV and hit "Start" i get "the lobby server connection has encountered an error" ? it was working fine up til now

Same. Got disconnected about an hour ago and haven't been able to get back in.

I concur, I'm getting the same issues as well. Looks like it's happening to everyone by the looks of it.

Yeah, I've been getting these for the past hour or so now, intense lag spikes in game before that started too...

Been trying to log on for the next hour with no luck. I'm on the Balmung server. I'm on the west coast of the U.S. My internet is working fine but I've seen no posts from SE regarding server problems.

same here, Mateus server, been trying like for 2 hours...

Now, it is letting me periodically get to the loading screen and then kick m out with a 10105 error! Lol

Same issue. Been this way for an hour or so now. Any ideas?
