"Q12: Will we be able to obtain a new egi after defeating Leviathan?
A12: We feel it’s unfair to add new abilities just for summoners, so we would like to add new abilities for all jobs at the same time. Therefore, it will happen when we raise the level cap."

i dont get it. yoshi said that he thought it would be unfair that summoners would be the only class to get new pets and thus skills. so this is either fake, or all classes are getting new skills somehow.

2nd post answers 1st post. They will increase level cap, prolly to 60, and SMN will get Levi and Ramuh. Considering Ramuh will most likely be in 2.3, you can count on a level cap raise in 2.3 or 2.4 maybe. Not really further away, becuase they would have hinted other pets imo
