fat chocobo and couerl mount

I got the items for my fat chocobo and couerl mounts but they don't appear in my inventory or in my mount list. What can I do?

Did you use the items? Looked under the mounts section and they're still not there? If so the only other thing I can think of is Have you unlocked your chocobo mount yet? If all of the above have been done, and still no mounts, you need to follow the bug report template or they're going to close this for not enough information.

I have done all of that. And actually I never did get my mounts from the letter. I opened lll of them and accepted the rewards but the items for the mounts didnt appear in my inventory, I got the barding and the moogle minion but bot the mounts :(

Check ur mail system, go to opened mails...
...u may had opened mail...but not retrieved the item.
Sometimes occurs and error (maybe lag) n u dun get the item, but its still there in the mail
