FPS issues since 2.2 and beyond... Video Proof

Im just gonna put these here... We'll see how long these last.
These are a few videos I recorded using Shadowplay in fullscreen mode, on my GTX 670.

In short, when more people seem to be logged in the game, the lag magically turns on.
During off hours, the lag turns off... and then it just magically turns on again.

Hell, just this morning I did a Expert DF and everything was fine. Perfectly beautifully fine.
This evening, I can barely run around town, and as soon as I step foot in a dungeon, and combat starts... yeah, 0 fps slideshow.

I have gotten to the point where I am just going to reimage my computer, and see if that fixes whatever BS is causing this... If not, well I guess I could update to a newer video card... And if that doesnt fix it... meaning there is no issue on my end... Well SE, the ball will be in your court.

On Masamune ( Japanese Server), I have zero lag.

Hmmm... perhaps that may point to something no?

Hmm, so before this thread becomes filled with an army of "its fine GTFO" posts, let me clarify my intentions.

SOME people, are still experiencing SEVERE lag, which was supposedly repeatedly fixed... but persists to this day. This lag started in dungeons shortly after 2.2, and got worse about 1.5 weeks after 2.2, when they "fixed" the dungeon lag.
I am not here to start a pissing match about who's to blame, etc, etc. I want to see if anyone else has experienced this particular, sporadic problem, and maybe has a solution.
If not, then the best I can hope for is that someone as SE sees these videos, and is made aware that there are still some rather crippling issues that are lingering from the introduction of 2.2, and with some luck, they get fixed.

For what its worth, I am on an NA server. My ISP is Comcast, though I am not having any 90k's, DC's, or any network issues.
I am running Windows 7, and a single GTX 670 using the latest stable drivers, and a quad core I7 cpu at 3.60 GHz per core.

I am going to back up all of my useful data and do a factory restore of my system tonight. With some luck, this is something silly on my end that randomly pops up for no reason, and it can be fixed locally.
But in the event that a "brand new" system encounters the same issues with the game, then this is likely a client problem and needs to be addressed on SE's end.

Number of players online should have nothing to do with fps issues in dungeons... In towns if your PC has to render more players, sure. Guessing you've already tried updating and rolling back drivers for your GTX670? What are your other PC specs like? If you're getting massive stuttering like this even in dungeons, I'd definitely try updating GPU drivers or rolling back if there are no updates.

This isn't 'lag' in that context, though. The lag people were experiencing with dungeons when 2.2 hit was not related to FPS. All of your videos were FPS dropping and stuttering, which isn't related to connectivity/networking.
