FINAL FANTASY XIV:A Realm Reborn has stopped working, upon clicking play.

When clicking "Play" in the launcher, the screen goes black and then I see FINAL FANTASY XIV:A Realm Reborn has stopped working

The only thing I could think is wrong is when I accidentally copied some of the files into another place and then put them back, I could have missed a few however ^^

Exact same thing here I've done several things people used previously such as changing the cfg file to stop the opening cutscene, opening in administrator, resetting Internet explorer and resetting the config file from inside the launcher none of these helped with the issue. On the phone waiting for customer support for coming up on 30-35 minutes now.

I cannot think it's anything to do with my computer specs, I have it on max graphics and fully updated drivers, It just stopped working. Some odd launcher messages as well, like server not responding and failed to check version... Its a catalog of errors.

Problem resolved.

Uninstalled game, re-installed. Quite obvious ^^
