Lalafell voices

The Lalafell voices for emotes are somewhat short of terrible, or maybe just terrible. They do not reflect what a Lalafell is all about, it's more Dwarf from Never Winter Nights than mischievous little imp from FFXIV.

When I think of a Lalafell I think of a a playful spirit who would put a whoopie cushion on your chair and stand in the corner giggling, it's really difficult to giggle when your voice is so deep it makes the Mariana Trench look flat in comparison.

So, how about re-doing the voices for the emotes, especially for the Lalafells, they should be high pitched, like Vin Diesel on Helium (funny vid that).

Whilst on the subject of emotes, how about some race specific emotes? A Lalafell could jump up in the air, do a backflip landing on one knee producing a bunch of roses, a Miq'ote could drag their foot along the floor demurely and say "Oni-chan" (in Japanese of course along the lines of Kore Wa Zombie, Desu Ka?) or maybe do that think that the male mithra did in XI in the WoTG mission where they go Castle O [S] and he charms the mithra with white flowers all over the place. Though generally the emotes themselves are amazing, and the Lalafells suit them perfectly, it's just the voice that lets them down.

I think lalafells need more voice options at least. And hair...but that's a different story

The three male Lalafell voice options can described thusly:

1.) Giggling infant
2.) Puckish adolescent
3.) Dr. Girlfriend

My Lalafell is serious and quiet...

Needless to say, I only show her emotes to people I know... >.> So if you wave at her... she'll just stare at you...

and Stare... and Stare...

Until you get uncomfortable and leave...

By then she'll have already placed a Lalafell curse on you.

Not sure female Lalafell have really deep voices, though if all they do is stare that'd explain why :)

I must say. Lalafell /doze wins my heart everytime. And then the LALA laughs in a voice so deep, he puts galkas to shame and i think to my self.. WOAH

Yes, the /sit /doze is 100% Lalafell, the voices are just too serious in nature for what is the cutest sprites ever to be created! I like to think of myself as a manly man (a man in tights, wait.. no) and I have a manly voice, but I'm not a Lalafell, for starters I'm 6'1, but Lala's are so gosh darn cute you want to hug them and tickle their bellies and make them giggle, cept when they giggle you'd get all freaked out and think "omg, did this fella eat a galka?"

today i seen a tiny taru named baby star. i told her i wanted to give her a bottle, burp her, and rock her to sleep... she ran away from me :(

It's working now, the internet must have been broke. If you were on Rabanastre though I could have hooked you up with the cutest Lalafell in existence! He even has a pimp tash, not sure he would want you to give him a bottle and burp him however :P
