Cant use the support ticket system

I had been using the support system to report Bots on my server when one day I went to report another Bot and my game crashed.
Opened it up tried again, crash.
I waited a couple of days, came across another Bot - went to report, crash. Argh!
Even after maintenances and a new patch release my game still crashes when trying to report players! :(
Which drives me bananas because I regularly come across at least 5 bots DAILY. It's become ridiculous. Their either gathering or hanging out by the mingle sitting in duty finder queue! I have had two bots in a duty finder in 2 weeks!!!!!! Frustrating as heck and even worse that I can't report them!
