the drone i spoke with at enix support advised me to post this thread. the game worked flawlessly before the maintenance last night. i have ensured all of my drivers are up to date and have tried different ports and still the issue persists. i will now try reinstalling the game, however i doubt the problem is on my end.
Love the game its just a shame the support is so poor
