Fail Brigade is a casualcore LS & FC founded on August 16th, 2013 by friends who formerly played Final Fantasy XI together on Phoenix. We believe in supporting our members at all levels of experience to open as many doors of opportunity, and encourage everyone to walk through them as their own pace. We’re always looking for open-minded, emotionally mature individuals who are wanting to relax and have a good, fun time adventuring together and forming bonds that will hopefully go beyond the game as well.

Not everyone wants to join a FC to socialize, and we understand that--which is why we have the Fail Brigade LS! Most of the social chatter happens in the LS, and it gives you full access to our website and forums as well without the need of time spent with us or an application process. If you want to join, chat with any of our Officers!

Our website is the primary method of communication off-game for the LS/FC. We believe it’s essential for building a strong community, and as such put forth much time into ensuring its operation and continual updates. We have forums, our event calendar, a screenshot/art gallery, and much more available at failbrigade.com!

We reside at Lavender Beds, Ward 3, Plot 30--a medium house which our design team has taken great care and pride in decorating for uniqueness and quality of living. It is currently open to the public, so feel free to stop on by and check us out. We love entertaining guests! :)

Scheduled events will always be posted ahead of time by an Officer on our events calendar, but will fall within reason of Eastern time zone evenings and are often open to mild variation as necessary. Members are strongly encouraged to run their own events within the LS/FC and can have Officer support as necessary. We believe the more you put into a community, the more you get out of it. Some of our events include:- Maps (Peisteskin / Alexandrite)
- Dungeons & Trials (Gear / Story / Leveling / Tomestones / Relic)
- Binding Coil of Bahamut (Learning / Clearing / Farming)
- ”Manderville Mondays” (Random Silly Events!)
- Second Coil of Bahamut (Progression)
- Extreme Primals (Learning / Clearing / Farming)
- Working on “Fail TV” as a sort of live-letter news program!

"We're also LGBT-friendly bump."

And we all LOVE cats! Meow meow! <3

Ranulf Squires is still seeking two amicable, quality players to fill out his PSICOM raid team. You do not need to be in the Free Company to participate, but it'd be a great boon to at least be in the Linkshell and willing to register (free) on our forums. Contact him for further information if you want a group farming T1-T4 and working on T5.

We are pretty friendly and awesome!

Definitely a great group to hang around :D
We all like to have a laugh and just be all around goofs, whether we're doing dungeons or other forms of progression or just relaxing :D
-
We've had quite a few now contact us (usually when I'm AFK--sorry!) about joining the Linkshell. :) There's still room for more if anyone's interested, you don't have to be part of the FC to partake in most of our social activities / raid groups.

Hello! I'm Krista, one of Fail's casualcore players. I just wanted to put my 2 cents here and say that they really do love their casual players as well. I'm running in the Catnip raid group and am only currently working on my second (if you don't count miner) 50.
So not only are we all really friendly and goofy, we love to have fun and get stuff done too! And in case Ranulf really didn't say it loud enough, promise we are LGBT friendly!
Hope to see ya in our LS/FC

We're still open to players looking for a home, LS and or FC. :) This week we're aiming to get some of our members cleared through Ifrit Extreme, upon which we'll be repeating the cycle for "Steps" and starting anew at Garuda Extreme. Our desire is to support and encourage people who are already working hard--mistakes are okay, learning from mistakes is better.
For anyone curious, this video is our sign-up "Steps" group getting clears for folk on Titan Extreme--it was a messy fight, and I know I messed up my rotation a lot (how I do things will drive experienced DRGs crazy) but we won nice and smooth. :) Proud of these ladies and gentlemen!
