Glamors do not work in PvP>

Which is super lame. When will the be turned on? ; ;.

From Glamor Prieview:
"* Glamours may be temporarily disabled in PvP arenas and other unique areas."


Edit: You also can't use FC or LS chat in pvp, which is super obnoxious. =/

I'm not sure about FC and linkshell, it's probably something to do with not bitching about players in your party behind their backs, I dunno., but you can't use glamours because it's extremely unfair to run in looking like you're in i30 gear when you're actually in i100 pvp gear and wasting the first several seconds of the enemy's attacks as they realise you're MUCH more durable than they thought. That would just not be fair.

Or simply running in with bikinis and the enemy wouldn't know who is the healer/tank/dps

This actually really irks me, enough to use the search function (oh boy...).

OK, I can understand why they've done it, but that still doesn't change the fact that I really want to put my Behemoth helm to use in PvP... I can't really see it being all that of a valid reason either, so far I've only seen people do a kill order based on Jobs, not once have I seen someone go "Oh, but they're in iLv100 gear, better kill that healer last". Not being able to tell the difference between Jobs is a valid concern though, but... Well... You can hide weapon already and that makes it much more difficult than their actual gear, which can already look similar between Jobs... Could also simply be solved by SE just putting automatic Signs above everyone which display their Job.
